How FitRoam pricing works: You set your base price. FitRoam adds a markup and charges the customer. You receive your full base price every month. FitRoam never charges you anything.

1. Listing: FitRoam will list this gym on fitroam.in with full profile, photos, timings and customer reviews.
2. Check-in: The gym will accept FitRoam customers and verify bookings via a 4-digit PIN at reception. No scanner hardware needed.
3. Pricing: The gym receives its agreed base price per session in full. FitRoam adds its markup on top and charges the customer. The gym is never charged any fee by FitRoam.
4. Flexible pricing: Weekend and peak hour pricing may carry a higher markup as agreed. Gym base price remains unchanged regardless of day or time.
5. Discounts: All discounts offered to customers are funded by FitRoam. Gym base price is never discounted without prior written consent.
6. Settlement: FitRoam will settle the gym's earnings on or before the 7th of each month via bank transfer, along with a session-wise statement.
7. Non-exclusive: This is a non-exclusive arrangement. The gym continues all existing memberships, walk-in customers and other business as usual.
8. Exit: Either party may exit this arrangement with 30 days written notice via WhatsApp or email.
9. Duration: This agreement is valid for 1 year from the date of signing and auto-renews monthly thereafter.
10. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep pricing arrangements, customer data and business information confidential.
11. Quality: The gym agrees to maintain the quality, cleanliness and safety standards listed on the platform.
12. Governing law: This agreement is subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
